We visited the Khinkali Factory in Tbilisi on both our first and last days, and it was such a great experience. When we arrived very early in the morning and everything else was closed, this place was open 24/7. We were able to sit, relax, and spend some time until the sun came up. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome without ever being distracted. On our last day, we came back again to enjoy their delicious khinkali, and it was the perfect way to end our stay in Tbilisi. Big thanks to the wonderful staff for their kindness!

Located right on Freedom Square circle, the restaurant operates 24 hours. With an extensive menu, it serves as a convenient spot for a late-night snack. Orders for khinkali require a minimum of five pieces. I tried the pork, beef, and lamb varieties, both boiled and fried. I found the seasoning somewhat strong, though this may be intentional since most customers visit after drinking. The restaurant also offers free Wi-Fi.

Went there two times. The khinkali were better the first time. The khachapuri was good though. The second time I went, the filling in the kalakuri khinkali wasn't as good as the day before. Overall a good place though, surprisingly good service, and not too overpriced for where it's located.

This is definitely a tourist type spot, but nonetheless, absolutely delicious food and just an exceptional location and ambience I felt. The Khinkali was just soooo tasty, and the Katchipuri was simple divine A must try for anyone passing through (or just looking for a filling meal. I really enjoyed my t8me here with m6 wife and left almost unable to move due to the vol7me of food we got for the price - you will not be disappointed in the slightest

This restaurant is nice, and the staff speaks Russian, Georgian, and English, which is super helpful. The khachapuri was delicious! The only downside was the tea—it was just basic tea bags with hot water, which didn’t really match the price. Still, I’m planning to come back to try the khinkali!

Very tasty! We took 2 kinds of Hinkali, hachapuri and amazing Cesar salad. One of the best restaurants in Tbilisi.

A lot of choice of food and cocktails. Nice and cozy. They have A/C big aria and nice backyard and front space. I’m sure you will like it

Hinhali Factory is a great place to try delicious khinkali. The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back.
